Sessions
We offer 45, 60, and 90-minute appointments depending on the service. A 45-minute session may suit a focused area or a shorter follow-up. A 60-minute session is the standard option for most new or returning appointments. A 90-minute session is available for Remedial Massage only. Myotherapy is available in 45 and 60 minute options only.
We assess what’s driving the issue, treat what’s relevant, and give you simple rehab steps so progress continues between sessions.
